Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders:
• Processing time varies depending on the complexity of the garment.
• Typically 3-7 business days, but you will always be notified if additional time is needed.
If you need your order urgently, please contact me before purchasing and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Shipping Services
All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Typical delivery times:
• UK: 2–3 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• USA & International: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, seasonal delays, or courier disruptions.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched (when available for your selected service).
Shipping Fees
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight.
You will see the final cost before completing your order.
USA Orders – Tariffs & Import Fees
All USA tariffs introduced in 2025 are fully prepaid by TinyCoats.
You will not be charged any customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
This ensures a smooth, hassle-free shopping experience for our American customers.
Other International Orders
Customers outside the UK/USA are responsible for any customs or import fees set by their country.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact me.
I will help investigate with the courier and work towards a fair resolution.
Please note: TinyCoats cannot be held responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
Combined Shipping
If you place multiple orders close together, I will try to combine them where possible and refund any extra shipping charges.
Packaging
All orders are packed in eco-friendly materials - kraft envelopes, recyclable tissue, and minimal or no plastic - aligned with the TinyCoats ethos of sustainability and care.
