TinyCoats Returns & Alterations Policy
At TinyCoats, every piece is carefully handcrafted with attention to detail, comfort, and fit. We want every pup to feel cosy and confident in their new outfit, and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
Returns for Ready-Made Items
We accept returns on all ready-made items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
• All original tags and packaging should be included.
• Items returned with signs of wear, pet hair, odour, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom & Made-to-Measure Orders
Because custom garments are created specifically to your dog’s measurements, custom and made-to-measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, we want every TinyCoats piece to fit perfectly.
Free Alteration Service
If your custom item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a complimentary alteration service.
This includes:
• Adjusting the fit (chest, back length, sleeves, etc.)
• Refining comfort or mobility
• Small design tweaks where needed
You simply return the garment to me, and I will make the necessary adjustments at no extra cost.
(Shipping costs for sending the item back to TinyCoats are the customer’s responsibility; return shipping to you is complimentary.)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will prioritise a replacement or repair, or issue a refund where appropriate.

• Your order number
• The item you’d like to return or adjust
• A brief description of the issue
• Optional: photos of the fit if requesting alterations
